Food Dance was a wonderful experience! The food was amazing and had wonderful presentation. The restaurant was really creatively set up and decorated. And the staff was very professional and nice. I would highly recommend! They have a parking lot across the street designated for the restaurant.

Great farm to table restaurant. All of us at the table (8 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed the meals we got. The starters were well portioned and the mains were expertly constructed.

Great proportion sizes for the price. I had a burger, was good. My friends Mac and cheese was delicious however he felt the noodles weren’t cooked long enough 🤷🏾‍♀️

We were incredibly impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable staff... But even more so with the quality of our food. The Whitefish Special and the Pasta Special with the fennel chicken sausage (which was 'orgasmic', according to my wife) we're both top shelf meals!

The food was great! I came here with my dad, and he said it was as good as he remembers. The service was stellar too! Our waiter accidentally spilled water on our crab cakes, and he gave us more for free! The interior is very cute as well :)

Every dish is delectable and just so well done. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with great service, a helpful server/hostess, and good atmosphere. You would not regret this experience!

We go to Food Dance Restaurant on E Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI, quite often, especially Sunday brunch. Comprehensive menu including local farm-to-table specialities. There is always a crowd of cheerful eaters in a roomy and well decorated (Conrad Kaufman) joint with wonderful views of downtown Kalamazoo. Entrance delicatessen is worth a visit while waiting for a table, so reservations are advised at rush hours. Attentive service.

Love this place. Amazing food and I usually don't go crazy over food. Service was fantastic and everything was clean and nice.

Great food and wonderful staff. Great place for breakfast downtown.Only complaint is the coffee drinks. They will tell you about a full range of coffee drinks but serve the cappuccino in a 16 oz water glass without a stir spoon.

Great atmosphere in a restored older brick building in a cool part of downtown KZoo. Really excellent food and great service! Breakfast was very enjoyable!

On the corner downtown . Always fresh and new seasonal menu items. Tofu Pad Thai is flavorful and plentiful. Squeeze of lime is perfect . Tofu Rose China is full of flavors and textures. Love the grilled tofu, mild wasabi and tempora veggies. Sauces are a great addition. Servers are attentive.

The food is all local farmers, NONE GMO, and totally delicious.

My favorite restaurant in Kalamazoo, Food Dance always offers a wonderful meal, exceptional service, and DESSERTS! I really appreciate the transparency on where their food comes from. On busier days we try to get there early and expect a slightly longer wait for our meal to arrive.

I have had some of the best dishes in Kalamazoo here and I have also been disappointed with the value. Today I have a $14 drilled tuna sandwich that was something I could get at a deli for $6. It was simply tuna, mayo, and some cuts of celery. Though it was good it is grossly overpriced for being so simple. That is one reason I never have brunch here. The portions are too small, the food too simple, and the price is too high. The things that keep me coming back is that is it almost always open, you can usually get a table, and the service is good. Other than a burger I don’t recommend much here regularly because it has been a few years since I have truly been happy with a meal here. I did have a halibut soup with my tuna and it was pretty good. My wife also got a $4 side of pesto with her omelet which was really tasty but again it’s a value issue.

I can't decide what I liked better -- our server (Lucas) or the rosemary potato bread. Both were fantastic!

Fun restaurant in downtown Kalamazoo. They have a nice, varied menu; several vegetarian options which was great. They also do a great job of sourcing food locally too. We had a party of four on a Saturday evening; they take reservations, which we had, and I'm glad we did...it was busy! Service was good, plenty of drink options, overall a really great dining experience. We will definitely be back.

Came here for brunch and it was super amazing. The only sad part was that they stopped serving some of the items at certain times. I so wanted to eat French toast or pancakes but they weren’t available after 12pm. Loved their ambience and service !

Lovely place with great food, drinks & staff! Everything tastes fresh and of great quality. Staff are friendly and even remember preferences you have. Wonderful place!

We had a pretty disappointing meal on this visit. The dining room was about half full so we didn't expect too long of a visit, however, the meal took a long time to get to the table. The flank steak was so cool that the butter pat on top didn't melt at all and the potatoes were undercooked and pretty crunchy. Our other plate, the Pad Thai was dried out on the outside almost like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for >10 minutes. The staff did offer a free desert due to the wait on the food, but the food still just wasn't as great as we had expected. The baked feta appetizer was delicious and the market in the front of the store looks like it has a great selection.

Amazing place, incredible fresh entree's and their attention to detail is tops! If you have a private event, please choose this venue! Working with Megan was the icing on the cake. All details carefully planned out, great communication and incredible service. Highest praises for FoodDance!

First visit and we'll definitely be back! The salmon dish my husband ordered was so delicious I could barely grab a taste before it was devoured! My Cobb Salad with steak was amazingly fresh and delicious but it's definitely something to share with the table.

Farm to table type of restaurant. Pretty fresh food, but it was only okay. Kinda pricey.

We enjoyed a great evening at Food Dance and it was our first time here. The servers were very friendly and timely with our needs. We really enjoyed the crab cakes as a shared appetizer. We ordered the Pad Thai and seasonal pasta dish and they were fantastic. I highly recommend Food Dance as a great place to eat and enjoy the evening.

Cinnamon roll like no otherFrench toast and biscuit and gravy was yummy. Under The Radar shared this great jewel and we will be back.💖
